விமானம் பறப்பது எப்படி....? தெரிந்து கொள்வோம்
அறிவியல் இன்று வரை அறிவியலில் பல விந்தைகள் இருந்தாலும், பலரும் பரவசப்படுவது விமானம் எப்படி பறக்கிறது என்பதுதான். பலமுறை விமானத்தில் பயணம் செய்பவர்களுக்கு கூட எப்படி விமானம் காற்றில் எழும்பி பறக்கிறது என்ற ஆச்சிரியம் ஒவ்வொரு முறை பறக்கும்போதும் வரும்.
சரி… எப்படித்தான் அந்த மிகப்பெரிய ஊர்த்தி காற்றில் பறக்கிறது…இந்த விஷயத்திற்கு போவதுற்கு முன் சில அடிப்படை விஷயங்களை நாம் புரிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டி இருக்கிறது.

விமானத்தின் எடை ‘லிப்ட்’ விசையை விட கூடுதலாக இருக்கும்போது விமானம் கீழிறங்கும்
விமானத்தின் ‘லிப்ட்’ விசை விமானத்தின் எடையைவிட அதிகமாக இருக்கும்போது விமானம் மேல் எழும்பும் சரி… பலருக்கு இப்போ ஒன்று நன்றாக புரியும், விமானம் முன்னே செல்வதற்கான விசையை கொடுப்பது விமானத்தின் இஞ்சின் என்று, அதாவது த்ரஸ்ட் விசையை கொடுப்பது இஞ்சின்,
அதே போல விமானத்தில் ‘டிராக் விசையை கொடுப்பது’ காற்றினால் விமானத்தில் ஏற்படும் உராய்வுகள், இஞ்சின் ஆப் செய்யப்பட்டால் சிறிது நேரத்தில் விமானம் மெதுவாகிவிட காற்றினால் ஏற்படும் உராய்வே கார்ணம் (அதாவது வானத்தில்). ஒருவேளை பூமியில் காற்று இல்லையென்றால், இஞ்சினை ஆப் செய்தாலும் விமானம் மெதுவாக முடியாது.
(பலருக்கு ஒரு விஷயம் ஆச்சரியமாக இருக்கும், ஏன் விமானம் மேலே எழும்பியவுடன் சக்கரத்தை உள்ளே இழுத்துக்கொள்கிறது, வெளியிலேயே இருந்தால் என்ன கெட்டுவிட்டது என்று. இதை செய்வதற்கு காரணம், காற்றினால் சக்கரத்தில் ஏற்படும் உராய்வை தடுப்பதுதான். அந்த உராய்வுடன் பறந்தால் விமான எரிபொருள் செலவு இருமடங்காக இருக்கும், மேலும் அதிக வேகத்தை விரைவில் எட்ட முடியாது)
விமானத்தில் கீழ் நோக்கு விசையை கொடுப்பது இமானத்தின் சொந்த எடை மற்றும் புவி ஈர்ப்பு விசை இது எல்லோருக்குமே தெரிந்திருக்கும்
பலருக்கும் புரியாத புதிராக இருப்பது விமானத்தின் மேலிழுக்கும் விசை எங்கு உற்பத்தி ஆகிறது என்பதுதான். இது சற்று சுவாரஸ்யமானது
ஹெலிகாப்டரின் மேலெழும்பு விசை அதன் மேலிருக்கும் விசிறியால் வருகிறது என பலர் சொல்லிவிடுவார்கள், விமானத்திற்கு முன்னே செல்லும் விசைதானே உள்ளது, மேலே எப்படி எழும்புகிறது என்ற கேள்வி பலர் மனதில் இருக்கும். உண்மையில் விமானத்தின் மேலுழும்பு விசையை தருவதும் அதே எஞ்சின்தான் , சற்று மறைமுகமாக
விமானத்தின் மேல் நோக்கு தூக்கு சக்தி உற்பத்தி செய்யப்படுவது அதன் இறக்கை, விமானத்தின் வேகம், மற்றும் காற்றின் கூட்டணியில்தான் . இந்த மூன்றில் ஒன்று இல்லாவிட்டாலும் தூக்கு சக்தி உருவாகாது , விமானம் பறக்காது. அதாவது இறக்கைஇல்லாவிட்டாலும் பறக்க முடியாது, விமானத்தில் வேகம் இல்லாவிட்டாலும் பறக்க முடியாது, காற்று இல்லாமல் மீதி இரண்டும் இருந்தாலும் பறக்க முடியாது
விமானத்தின் இறக்கையை கூர்ந்து கவனித்தால் ஒன்று புரியும், (மிகவும் கூர்ந்து கவனிக்க வேண்டும்). விமானத்தின் இறக்கையின் மேல்பாகம் சற்று, மிகவும் சற்று மேல் நோக்கி வளைந்திருக்கும். கீழ்பாகம் தட்டையாக இருக்கும். இதை சாதாரணமாக இறக்கையை பார்த்தால்கூட கண்ணுக்கு எளிதாக தெரியாது, அதை தொட்டுப்பார்த்தால் தான் தெரியும் இந்த மேல்நோக்கிய வளைவு எதற்காக? இங்கு தான் விஷயம் உள்ளது
காற்று அசுரவேகத்தில் விமானத்தின் இறக்கையோடு உராயும்போது, விமானத்தின் இறக்கையின் மேற்புறம் ஒரு குறைந்த காற்றுழத்த மண்டலம் உருவாகுகிறது, கீழ்புறம் காற்றழுத்தத்தில் எந்த மாற்றமும் இல்லை. ஒரு புறம் அதிக காற்றழுத்தம் ஒரு புறம் குறைந்த காற்றழுத்தம் இருக்கும்போது, குறைந்த காற்றுழத்த பகுதியை நோக்கி பொருள் ஈர்க்கப்படுவது அறிவியல் நியதி (Vacuum Cleaner பொருளை உள்ளே இழுப்பது குறைந்த காற்றழுத்தத்தை உள்ளே உருவாக்குவதினால்தான்).
விமானத்தை மேல்நோக்கி இழுக்கும் விசை, விமானத்துக்கும் காற்றுக்குமான ரிலேடிவ் வேகத்தையும், இறக்கையின் பரப்பளவையும் பொருத்தே அமையும்
அதனால்தான் எடை அதிகமான விமானத்தின் இறக்கை பெரியதாக அதிக பரப்பளவுள்லதாக இருக்கும்.
இப்போது காற்றுக்கும் விமானத்திற்குமான ரிலேடிவ் வேகத்தை எது தீர்மாணிக்கிறது? சந்தேகமில்லாமல் விமானத்தின் வேகம், அதை தீர்மாணிப்பது எது? விமானத்தின் இஞ்சின் , எனவே விமானத்தின் மேலெழும்பு சக்தியையும் கொடுப்பது, அதே இஞ்சின் தான் என்பது தெளிவாகிறது அல்லவா?
அதனால்தான் விமானம் மெதுவாக ஓடும்போது அதற்கு பறக்கும் சக்தி இருக்காது. (எலிகாப்டரின் மேலெழும்பு விசைக்கும் வேகத்திற்கும் சம்மந்தம் இல்லை என்பதால் அது ஓடாமலே மேலே எழும்புகிறது, ஆனால் விமானத்தின் முன் செல்லும் வேகம் எலிகாப்டருக்கு வராது). இது எல்லாம் சேர்ந்துதான் விமானம் இப்படி டேக் ஆப் ஆகிறது.
ஓடுதளம்..
விமானம் ஓடினால் மட்டும் அல்ல, அதே வேகத்தில் காற்று புயல்போல அடித்தாலும் (அந்த வேகத்திற்கு காற்று அடிப்பது கடினம்தான்) விமானம் நின்றுகொண்டிருந்தால் கூட விமானம் தூக்கப்பட்டுவிடும். கடும் புயல் அடிகும் போது, சில ஓட்டு வீட்டு கூறைகள் பீய்த்துக்கொண்டு மேலெழும்பி காற்றில் பரப்பதற்கான காரணம் இப்போது புரிகிறதா?
அதனால்தான் குறைந்தபட்சம் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட வேகத்தில் விமானம் சென்றே ஆகவேண்டிய கட்டாயத்தில் எப்போதும் உள்ளது, அப்போதுதான் அதன் இறக்கையில் மேலிழுக்கும் சக்தி தொடர்ச்சியாக அதன் எடையை சமன் செய்யும். அந்த வேகத்திலிருந்து குறைந்தால் விமானம் கீழே இறங்க துவங்கிவிடும். மெதுவாக போவது, சாவகாசமாக போவது எல்லாம் விமானத்திற்கு வேலைக்கே ஆகாது

ஒரு மனிதனின் கனவுகள் ஒரு தேசத்தின் கட்டமைப்பில் மிகப்பெரும் பங்கு வகிக்க முடியும் என்பதற்கு எடுத்துக்காட்டு ஜே.ஆர்.டி.டாடா.
இந்திய தந்தைக்கும் ,பிரெஞ்சு தாய்க்கும் பிறந்த அவர் பிரான்ஸ் ராணுவத்தில் இணைந்து பணியாற்றவும் செய்தார் அங்கிருக்கிற பொழுது எண்ணற்ற சாகசங்களில் விருப்பம் கொண்டவராகவும் இருந்தார். எனினும்,அவரின் தந்தை ,"போதும் நீ அங்கிருந்து வா !" என்று அழைத்துக்கொண்டார். அப்படி அவர் அழைத்ததால் தான் ஜே.ஆர்.டி நமக்கு கிடைத்தார் அதற்கு பின் அவர் சார்ந்திருந்த படைப்பிரிவு மொராக்கோவில் நடந்த போரில் முழுமையாக அழிக்கப்பட்டது. கேம்ப்ரிட்ஜில் பொறியியல் படிக்கலாம் என்று மீண்டும் ஆர்வம் மேலிட போனார் ; மீண்டும் அப்பா டாடா நிறுவனத்தில் வேலைக்கு சேர அழைத்துக்கொண்டார். பல்கலையில் படிக்கவில்லை என்கிற வருத்தம் இறுதிவரை ஜே.ஆர்,டி. டாட்டாவுக்கு இருக்கவே செய்தது.

இளம் வயதில் பிரான்ஸ் தேசத்தில் இருந்த பொழுது விண்ணில் விமானத்தில் பறப்பதன் மீது காதல் கொண்டார். அவர் இந்தியாவின் முதல் விமானி ஆனார் . டாடா நிறுவனத்தில் தலைமைப்பொறுப்புக்கு வந்த பின்னர் அவர் உருவாக்கிய டாடா ஏர்லைன்ஸ் நிறுவனம் தான் இந்தியாவின் ஏர் இந்தியாவாக உருவெடுத்தது.
தொழிலாளிகள் வீட்டை விட்டுக்கிளம்பும் பொழுதில் இருந்து அவர்கள் மீண்டும் வீடு போய் சேரும் வரும்வரை பணியில் இருப்பதாகவே கருதப்படுவார்கள் என்கிற நடைமுறையை கொண்டு வந்த பல தொழிலாளர்களின் வாழ்வில் ஸ்திரத்தன்மையை உண்டு செய்தவர்.
இன்றைக்கு கலக்கும் டி.சி.எஸ்.டைட்டன் ,டாடா மோட்டார்ஸ் எல்லாமும் இவரின் கனவுக்குழந்தைகளே. இன்றைய இன்போசிஸ் நிறுவனத்தின் நிறுவனர்களில் ஒருவரான நாராயண மூர்த்தியின் மனைவி சுதா மூர்த்தி டாடாவில் தான் வேலை பார்த்தார். அவர் டாட்டாவை விட்டுக்கிளம்பும் பொழுது ஜே.ஆர்.டி. அவரை அழைத்தார் ,"சுதா !சமூகம் நமக்கு எவ்வளவோ தந்திருக்கிறது. அதனால் நாம் பலனடைந்து இருக்கிறோம் அதை நாம் கண்டிப்பாக திருப்பி செலுத்த வேண்டும். " என்றார் அதன் தாக்கத்தில் தான் இன்போசிஸ் அறக்கட்டளை எழுந்தது.
தன்னுடைய பெயரில் ஒரு சொத்தைக்கொண்டு இறுதிவரை அவர் கொண்டிருக்கவில்லை. வீட்டைக்கூட தன்னுடைய பெயரில் பதிவு செய்து கொள்ளாத எளிமை அவரிடம் இருந்தது.
இந்திய அரசு குடும்ப கட்டுப்பாடு திட்டத்தை அறிமுகப்படுத்துவதற்கு முன்னரே அதை தீவிரமாக முன்னெடுத்து நடத்தினார் அவர். பாரத ரத்னா விருது அறிவிக்கப்பட்டதற்கு நடந்த பாராட்டு விழாவில் அவர் சொன்ன வரிகள் தான் அவரின் சிந்தனை பாய்ந்த விண்ணை போல போல நம் தேசத்தின் எல்லாரின் சிந்தையிலும் வியாபித்து இருக்கவேண்டும் -அந்த வரிகள்
