        1). According to J.B.Say, :An entrepreneur is the economic agent
            who unites all means of production".....


       2). J.A Schumpeter is the view that " A person who introduces
            innovative changes is an entrepreneur and he is an integral
            part of economic growth."


     3).  According to Webster, "Entrepreneur is one who assumes
           risk and management of business."
